Check two things off my "must learn" list

I have been playing around with the idea of making hoop earrings forever, and these week I finally managed to make some that were good! I'm so happy, they came out great, and apparently are comfy to wear and look allkindsafierce. I also finally got the equipment to torch things and make my own headpins. Super happy with those too! These are the result of those two new skills, thoughts?

Introducing Three Little Sister Jewelry!

I have recently had the pleasure of getting to help my friend Kat set up and get started with an Etsy shop. She is a super talented jewelry designer and is my go-to gal when I don't know how to do something. And you know I hate writing, so again I will let the pictures do thee talking, and these beauties speak volumes! All of what is pictured, plus more when I stop being a slacker is available at her website, www.threelittlesisters.etsy.com

And this stunner is the Free-form Butterfly and it's seriously beautiful, made with Kingman Turquoise, Onyx, Agate and hours and hours and hours of time!
Please check her shop out, you won't be disappointed!

I just want to share!

So I am not much of a blogger, I'm never quite sure what to say. I do however like posting pictures! So here are a few other new ones I am fond of!
Well, if a pictures worth a thousand words, there is 4000!

What I've been up to

I am so scatterbrained and all over the place, as you can see from two of my recent pieces. The first is called Black Ice and is made with a mix of dark oxidized metal chains and connectors, and freeform clear quartz nuggets. The Second is the Outside the Box Necklace, a steampunk piece with a decidedly modern twist!

This is a picture from a new batch of items that I am uploading to my etsy shop and when I looked at it, the jukebox in my head put on that early 90s rap song, like the earrings are talking about the necklace! Ha! Well, it made me giggle...

Opalite and Antiqued Brass.I may call it the KISS set, as in Keep it simple silly!
